SPC designed and executed a pioneering digital activation campaign for Palmolive, aimed at boosting top-of-mind awareness, strengthening loyalty, and creating a clearly more engaging and interactive experience for the audience.
Running from July 5–26, the activation combined digital innovation, entertaining content, and a strong performance-driven strategy, resulting in a fully integrated 360° approach.
At the heart of the campaign was a custom Activation Page, where users could navigate through 19 SKUs via an info ribbon, watch branded videos, play an interactive game, participate in a survey, and enter two competitions. The page recorded 25,939 pageviews and 11,071 unique visitors, with an impressive average engagement time of 1’10’’ and a total of 114,908 interactions, highlighting the value of audience participation and engagement.
The results exceeded expectations:
- 2,194 unique game entries
- 5,832 unique survey responses with a 100% completion rate
- 3,986 clicks on the info ribbon
Meanwhile, the digital advertising campaign on Facebook and Instagram significantly amplified reach, generating 1.438M impressions, 670.9K reach, and 14,703 link clicks, driving targeted traffic to the activation page.
With this initiative, Palmolive achieved greater exposure than a physical activation of equivalent cost and higher engagement than a traditional digital promotion. The outcome: a fully integrated experience that strengthens the brand, maximizes interaction, and reflects the essence of modern phygital marketing.
