In a pioneering program implemented for the first time in Greece, consumers had the opportunity to communicate live, in real time with remote promoters, without coming into physical contact with them. Communication with consumers took place in a physical store through an interactive screen, making the most of digital technology and thus combining the physical aspect with the digital environment. The interaction was initiated via video chat; at the same time this new consumer experience concluded by their participation in a competition, with the prize being their favorite JACOBS coffee for an entire year!
