Supervisor duties:

• Have deep knowledge and understanding of the program – execution, priorities & mechanism and be able to transfer that knowledge to the team
• Evaluate the team through quantitative & qualitative results in order to develop team skills and drive the results
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties
• Efficiently provide a solution for any problems that may occur
• Spend time with the salespersons on the field, to ensure smooth program implementation
• Accurate team stock management on a weekly basis
• Oversee the training of the new hires
• Lead team meetings
• Participate in training seminars and meetings
• Recommend program improvements and new ideas

Supervisor profile:

• Well-groomed external appearance
• Management & administrative skills, organizational abilities
• Ability to hold team members accountable
• Experience in team management and sales teams
• A high level of sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Greek and English language at professional level
• Able to communicate openly and constructively

• Tech savvy
• Clear criminal record
