The Management of SPC THE BRAND LEVER recognizes that Environmental Protection, Occupational Health & Safety, and responsible business operation are fundamental prerequisites for the company’s sustainable development and the successful service of its clients.
For this reason, the company is committed to:
- Complying with applicable environmental, labor, occupational health and safety legislation, as well as with all other relevant regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Preventing pollution and reducing the environmental impacts arising from its activities.
- Ensuring the rational use of natural resources, energy, fuels, paper, and other materials.
- Reducing, sorting, reusing, and recycling waste wherever feasible.

- Implementing and maintaining a Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
- Establishing measurable objectives and action plans to improve environmental and occupational health & safety performance.
- Regularly assessing risks, environmental aspects, and improvement opportunities.
- Providing the necessary resources, equipment, and personal protective equipment where required.
- Monitoring performance indicators, incidents, accidents, and implementing corrective actions.
- Periodically reviewing the Management System by the Company’s Management.
This Policy is communicated to all personnel, partners, and interested parties, applies to all company activities, and is periodically reviewed regarding its continued suitability and effectiveness.
